Our range of cooked meats can be sliced and displayed with garnish on platters. Coleslaw, Dressings, Sandwiches and Salads can also be provided by our expert staff. Slow cooked tasty Spare Ribs with a coating of Piri Piri sauce is wonderful. Spicy dips and tasty morsels we can do it all. Cooked Chicken Nibbles, Drumsticks ,Wings etc. Cheese and Cheeseboards available. Hog Roasts or outside Barbecues a speciality.
