Steadman's Butchers - Delivery
Our aim is to provide you with the finest quality meat in the best condition. We use a national courier service to deliver your order, which is carefully packed in state of the art cool boxes and ice packs... Each order is checked and approved by one of our senior staff before it is packed.
Dispatch Days
We prefer to dispatch on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for Wednesday and Thursday arrival.
Free deliveries on orders in the LA10 area if over £25.00
National Delivery charges
Orders over £100 - deliveries get a free voucher for £10.00 for delivery of the next order
Orders £99.99 or under - delivery is £8.50 + £1.50 vat.
Delivery is to one address in the UK mainland, Tuesday to Thursday inclusive.
Burgers 12 of any type
Sausage 1 Kg any type.
Ordering Method
All orders need to be in writing (E Mail and will be confirmed by return) to avoid confusion although we are only to pleased to discuss details with you.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
Acceptable Weight Variation
When you place your order, it will be for a nominal weight of produce, at a specified price. We will collect the payment via the payment method you select when placing the order. Because orders are individually prepared, it can be expected that there may be some small variation in weights above or below the weight you choose, and it is impractical for us to request additional payments or process small refunds. We will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.
Area Postcodes Surcharge
The following postcodes will incur an additional surcharge. Please note these charges will not show on your order confirmation email but will be added when your order is invoiced.
Northern Ireland and
Isle of Wight carry a £7.50 surcharge.
Alderny,Sark and Herm deliveries carry a £11.00 surcharge.
Highlands & Islands next day delivery can not be guaranteed so we can not dispatch goods to these areas.

Delivery schedule
Your order will be dispatched for overnight delivery normally within 24 hours. We will attempt to contact you by telephone or E Mail before we send the products and all items are individually labelled and priced.
Important! Your order will be delivered at any time on the day that we have arranged. Unfortunately it is not possible to stipulate a time for delivery, it is therefore essential that, when ordering, you provide instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage. We can, if needed, ring you to remind you that your order is coming.
When ordering, you can also arrange delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient.
