Chicken Crown Min Weight 900 gms £12.99 Each. Because the following three products are stuffed please ensure that they are cooked thoroughly in the centre. If possible use a temperature probe and ensure the core temperature is at least 70C

20 Minutes per 1lb (500 gm) plus 20 Minutes extra.
About 1 -1.5 Hours. Gas Mk 5 or 160c Electric 5 minutes less for Fan Oven

Our Outdoor Reared Free Range Turkeys have unlimited access to roam and are available only at Christmas. As with the Chickens they are free to roam and fed a strict diet. Must be ordered by early November to guarantee availability.Please order Large Medium or Small.
