Some things modern techniques, cannot improve. One of them is our range of "Garsdale Gold Dry Cured Products". Methods of curing handed down over three generations from our farming roots cannot be bettered, and ensures a product and taste of the 'old world'. We have christened our Dry Cured Products Garsdale Gold because they are very special and are prolific Gold Award Winners both Nationally and Internationally.

Using our Free Range Pork we have a complete range of Dry Cured Bacon and Hams which are Cured and Dried by us. We produce, Middle Cut Bacon, Streaky Rashers, Back Rashers, Sweet Cured Back Rashers, Bacon Chops,Smoked Back Rashers,Gammon Rashers and Joints. We have developed an Air Dried 'Parma Style Ham and Pancetta which are proving to be very popular.We sell these products either sliced or in the piece.

Bacon has to be one of the tastiest products in the world and there is no better smell than Garsdale Gold Dry Cured Bacon sizziling in a frying pan. With no added water there are no white bits in the pan and of course there is very little shrinkage. Taste the difference.
