Portion Control

We are pleased to tell you about the new technology that we now have available to produce portion-controlled sausage.

We realise that it important to you as customers and especially caterers to have exact portioning and costings for the food that you serve.

Using Local Dales Free Range Pork we are now producing our Gold Award Winning Pork sausage in 5 lbs bags "Individually Quick Frozen" 12 to the 1lb (i.e. 60 sausages to the bag).

These sausages are made exactly to the same recipe as the sausage sold in the shop. They can be cooked from frozen without bursting either by frying, deep-frying or oven baked.

A five pounds bag will cost you £7.49 which equates to 12.5 p per sausage.
If you would like to try this sausage we would be pleased to let you have a sample.

We also have available our Smithfield Gold Award Winning Cumberland Sausage.
These are individually packed in 10oz Rings. 16 in a 10lbs Bag. They are priced at £13.90 per 10lbs bag which equates to 87 p Per portion.
